Where to start as it’s been so long. Since the early years when I became a tenant of theirs, the whole team have been amazing, old and new. From the start I got all the information I needed for that property right down who supplied the gas & electric. Nothing was never too much trouble & things always got done. They even made the movement from the 1st property to the next 2 with them easy and stress free. All I ever had to do was just sign when ready. Communication was always on point and would hear back when I was meant too or even before. Even right down the end when my property was sold they even fought for me to still be a tenant at that property with new owner but sadly lost. However they still rang me to give me the heads up on what was happening. Didn’t stop there as still helped/guided as much as they could in, where to go, what to do and let me have copies of documents I needed. So if you happen to read this, take it from a ex very long standing tenant of theirs (2010 to 2021). That going from 1st own place to needing a family home to facing homeless. This letting agent is the best & couldn’t do enough for you. Your treated more like family and not a tenant.
