The big thing that makes this a 5* review was the dedication of our agent after the sale had been agreed. We were faced with some slightly less honest agents further up the chain, and some rather difficult vendors, which left the chain liable to potential collapse. Laura did a fantastic job of keeping on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way. Due to other agents not pulling their weight further up, there was a lot of extra work and chasing involved which Winkworth took on without complaint, or at least certainly not to us! Laura and the rest of the team were very dedicated and honest throughout the process and gave us a lot of confidence which is hugely important in such a life-changing transaction!
