Terrible Experience! My partner and I needed to move quickly due to the home we are living in currently being put up for sale and throughout my conversations with the mortgage advisor he assured me he would do all he can to help us hit our deadline. In the end I was forced to go with a different mortgage advisor because it took him 3 days to even open my emails and was never contactable on the phone. To give you an idea how slow they are I was able to get further along in the process with my new mortgage advisor in one afternoon than I could with these guys in more than a week. Not to mention he got incredibly rude on the phone with me once I told him I had to go with someone else due to his lack of speed. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
