Would have given lower but I had a great experience with Andy who has now left the company... i have dealt with the MB for many occasions, and I always recommended to my friends and family however I will not advise everyone not to use them. I have been recommended solicitors (SortLegal) by Sophie as well, she said they are well priced and as they work together they have great communication between each company. Well this could not be any more false. Solicitors been just so horrible and the mortgage bureau kept on "missing out" the email... I'm still waiting on a reply to an email which was sent around October last year... I am very dissapointed, this was a nightmare coop, had managers call me as I put a complaint in, but nothing changed, so guess they just go for quantity not quality, hence why all decent advisors are leaving...
