I would fully recommend Northwood Bolton and most especially Rebecca Oliver. Rebecca came to carry out a Probate valuation. She was extremely kind and sympathetic knowing my circumstances and was extremely thorough in her valuation showing her wealth of knowledge of the properties in the area and her experience. Since the property has gone on the market she has kept me up to date with any enquiries and viewings that she had arranged and gave me feedback at the first possible opportunity and going out of her way to contact potential buyers for their comments and feedback following the viewings. This was done either by telephone or email. As the property is empty and I don't live in the area, she made sure checks were done to the property and if there were any problems she would let me know and feedback all was well especially as the property was being sold over the winter months.
