Yes you pat a service but I'd rather pay to have my property managed and maintained by a great company rather than lose thousands of hard earned pounds through tenants who don't pay their rent or sun let the house at a cost to the landlord. The whole process is slick and made easy you ever get a detailed report with photos of all the light fittings ' windows carpets doors rooms and kitchen before the tenants move in.
