Overall, not a bad letting agent. Although phoning them the phone just rings unless you're contacting sales. Only way to really reach anyone. Also the contractor leverhome they use is about as useful as a ashtray on a motorcycle. They came to 'fix' the same issue 3 times ... They also tell you they will fix things before you move in then don't. Been here 5months and they still haven't fixed the things we agreed on. I would just say you need to stay on top of them and then pester them then you will get results.
