I've had opportunity to deal with Miller and Metcalfe and have used their services for both buying and selling 2 homes in the last 7 years so I can speak from experience and from both sides of the table. Danielle and Beth especially have both been fantastic over that time both offering sound advice and practical help when needed in an industry which in general doesn't have a great reputation and for me this stands out a mile. It's a nervous and emotional time when moving and It's great to be able to trust the estate agent working on your behalf. Just recently I've sold my apartment at a very difficult time with Covid and lockdown Beth in the office acted as a sales negotiator for the sale securing a price for the property above what I was expecting and even gave advice on presenting it prior to sale to secure it's maximum value. They worked through Lockdown professionally progressing the sale, dealing with all sorts of anomalies and difficulties brought on by the difficult working environment and were absolutely faultless throughout. They've kept in touch trying to find me a new home since and are always available and offering further advice As I've said I've sold various properties with them and wouldn't use anyone else A friend of mine recently having trouble with their agent changed to MM after I recommend Danielle and sold within the week having had no viewings or success for two months with her previous agent.
