The house was marketed and sold within a week but unfortunately due to issues out of our control and solicitors things took longer than anticipated to complete. Absolutely fantastic service from miller metcalfe. I already have recommended them to a friend that is selling their property because MM have been a breath of fresh air. Even after our offer was accepted on buying our new home Becky was an absolute star, she kept in contact with us enough to keep us updated and was the perfect ‘go between’ for us and the sellers. Which was all in complete contrast to the estate agent that sold our house as we didn’t have a single conversation with them in 7 months following our sale… despite taking out the premium package with. This led to the buyers of our house turning up at our door to make enquiries themselves which was stressful for everyone. I have personally used Miller Metcalfe to buy my house originally back in 2015 and then to sell the same house in 2022. The staff at each step were so helpful as they guided me through the stages.
