Absolutely fantastic service from miller metcalfe. I already have recommended them to a friend that is selling their property because MM have been a breath of fresh air. Even after our offer was accepted on buying our new home Becky was an absolute star, she kept in contact with us enough to keep us updated and was the perfect ‘go between’ for us and the sellers. Which was all in complete contrast to the estate agent that sold our house as we didn’t have a single conversation with them in 7 months following our sale… despite taking out the premium package with. This led to the buyers of our house turning up at our door to make enquiries themselves which was stressful for everyone. There was none of this where miller metcalfe were involved as the staff would dig in and answer any queries in a timely manner. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
