Our property sold quickly but our purchase was very problematic through no fault of Miller Metcalfe which meant that we had to break chain and so it was quickly escalated to one of their sales directors, Emma. One way to describe Emma is like a dog with a bone. She didn't give up when everyone else wanted to, including us! She chased and chased incompetent 'professionals' until they finally did their jobs over and over again resulting in our purchase finally being successful in the eleventh hour! Emma went above and beyond and kept us fully informed at all times. Even though I am NEVER moving again, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Miller Metcalfe to anyone looking to buy or sell.
