I was very impressed with the horwich branch who were the agents on a house I was buying. They were very proactive chasing all solicitors in the chain and kept me updated. Eloise and Aimee handled my case who were both outstanding. Both of them really helped manage my expectations and the likely timing of milestones which took some of the stress away from the process. Hopefully I won’t need to move but I would use them for a sale having seen them from a buyers point of view
