The Accomodation Bureau at Bodmin have looked after our rental property for over 20 yrs and throughout the whole time their professionalism and rental market Knowledge has been invaluable . Over the period the house has been let to several different tenants all of which were considered carefully by the team for suitability which led to excellent Tennant who looked after the property . Their professionalism is faultless and accompanied with their owner communication we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is considering renting a property . I used the Accommodation Bureau to organise a schedule of work on a property of ours in Cornwall and I was really impressed with just how hands off and hassle free it was. It was well worth the 10% fee. They also got the property let in a short period of time. It has been an excellent service.
