Excellent customer service from start to finish. Amber was very efficient and easy to deal with - and helped us with getting into our rental as soon as possible. We were given clear and concise instructions on what the process would be and felt very well looked after. We even received a 'new home' card from all of the Bodmin office team. In Jan 2023 i was temporarily homeless and had to move into my parents address. My parents house sale was due March 2023. I was under pressure to find a rental in Wadebridge or Bodmin in less than 8 weeks. A member of your staff, Amber was incredible and played a key part in helping me find accommodation in a fast and professional manner. The Accommodation provided me with a personalised card congratulating my house move. They are managing the property and I look forward to working with the team in future. I feel reassured they are the management and I feel they are always approachable.

Devon the building manager is amazing and helps every tenant as much as he can. He makes sure if any problems happen they get resolved quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed my time at Tregover as it was a beautiful place to live and not to far away from a shop or town. The buildings are safe and secure with lovely people as your neighbours who look out for you. 😁

I have only just started letting a property through the bodmin branch . So far I am very pleased with all the staff that I have dealt with . They are very professional and have kept me informed throughout the letting process. There was a couple of small teething problems when the new tenants moved in and it was dealt with quickly and a tradesman found on my behalf . I would recommend
