The whole experience was easy and straight forward, from the initial viewing to signing contracts and moving in. Bodmin team were very helpful and informative. My only gripe is that potential tenants should be warned from the outset not to go near homebox.

Regarding Homebox, they are a third party provider we use to send change of tenancy utility notifications and they offer utility bill packages. However, you are not the first person to comment on their poor service. We have taken on board this feedback, and in the last couple of weeks, we have stopped using them. I know this won't change your experience but will hopefully positively change it for tenants in the future.
