I have been blown away be the service we have received as a tenant! From our initial introduction to Sam the office manager who could not be more helpful with getting the tenancy agreement arranged, confirmed and contracts signed, to our dealings with Devon the property manager, who has assisted us with every enquiry we have had since the tenancy started. The icing on the cake for my daughter (10) had to be the “Welcome to your new home” package that they gave us when we collected the keys, which was filled with lovely little treats such as bath salts and face masks - such a wonderful little touch to make us feel spoiled and welcomed to our new home. As a tenant, we have felt just as important to the agency as the home owner which I can assure you, is very rare when dealing with an agency. These guys go above and beyond with the service they provide. I could not recommend them enough! Keep doing what you’re doing as you do it so well!
