Regarding the property visits, we have an agreement with our Landlords to carry these out regularly. I understand that this can feel like a lot and we certainly don't want to intrude into your home. We are primarily checking that the house is safe for you to live in and to ensure your Landlord is carrying out any repairs they are responsible for. If you have any specific concerns about your property visits, then please don't hesitate to give your Property Manager a call and they can discuss this with your Landlord.
