We currently have over 2000 people looking to rent. We have developed our team & systems so that every enquiry receives a prompt response. As you can imagine, we can't offer everyone a viewing that requests one and we understand that this can lead to disappointment. We are, however, always looking to improve our customer experience. However, I would like to defend my hard-working team. If you have passed our office and seen our team on Google maps, I can assure you they are not doing this for fun! I'm sure if you asked them, they wouldn't go on Google maps in their spare time for fun in any case. Your claim that we manipulate our reviews is disrespectful and totally unfounded.
