The Accomodation Beurau are one of the better agencies in my opinion. I was always dealt with by the staff with respect and understanding and empathy, but ultimately all agencies will be on the “side” of the owners rather than the tenants, as this is where their revenue comes from and I understand how frustrating this can be for them as well as the tenant. Having rented in Cornwall for 12 years, through three different agencies, I have vast experience of the good and the bad.
