Very unprofessional experience. I had a property viewing booked and was called by Webbs around 30 minutes beforehand to confirm I was still attending and that the agent would be there too. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I then received an email and phone call cancelling the viewing! I was told they had missed the cancellation email from the vendor the day before because they were at their Christmas party. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of basic organisation and respect for people’s time. At a second viewing with the same agency, the agent said he couldn’t answer any questions about the property as he was from a different branch. This does not inspire confidence at all. Would not recommend.

Misleading and Untrustworthy – Avoid Webb’s Bloxwich Extremely disappointed with Webb’s Bloxwich. They advertised a property as “no chain”, which was the main reason we proceeded. However, we later found out — right towards the end of exchanging contracts — that the property was actually part of a chain. This false and misleading information completely derailed the sale, wasting weeks of our time, effort, and money. What’s worse, they’ve now listed the same property again claiming it’s “no chain”, which is simply untrue. It’s highly unprofessional and misleading to buyers who rely on honest information to make decisions. If you value transparency and straightforward communication, I would strongly advise avoiding Webb’s Bloxwich.

Arranged a viewing, we arrived 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes in the rain but no one showed up. The person doing the viewing said he was there the entire time, which was a lie as there was only one gate which we were staying in front of the whole time

Me and my brother sold a property through this company, (76 Stanley Street, Walsall) back in 2022. Since the start of the saleI was lied to and spoken down to! Initially I said I was too ill to carry out the viewings and they sold me that is fine somebody will be there, the viewers we're due and I needed to carry out hour of viewings whilst ill and not able to talk properly! Secondly the women who dealt with the sale of my property was really rude and arrogant, I would 100% never use these again and do my best to spread the word! Stay away

I saw a house the previous day on Rightmove and early the next day I phoned the estate agent. The person on the other end said he has so many viewings on the house it will be sold. How can so many people call in less than 12 hours to make an appointment for a house?? I think something is not right with this easte agent. I personally think they didn't want me to view the house. They are not nice people.
