Great experience of buying a house marketed by Webbs. The sales team (Jamie) was super helpful and patient when putting in my offer, communicating with their client and feeding back to me to keep me in the loop. The aftercare team was also really kind and patient when supporting me through the process, as we were top of the chain so needed to wait on the ongoing purchases. The only developmental feedback I would give was around viewing of my property. As the house was unoccupied, I had to depend on viewings with estate agents and I did find this to be difficult as the time slots were only 15 mins and fairly inflexible times for a working single parent to be able to choose from. When specifically requesting longer time slot to take my children to view the house, measure up, and get some building advice, the time slots were still only very short and felt very rushed. One of my daughters is autistic and was struggling with the concept of the huge change, and so would have really benefited from some additional time to view the house, unrushed. Just a small point, but one I felt worthwhile mentioning as other families will be in similar positions in future. Overall a very positive experience and I would (and already have) recommend to people looking to buy and sell.
