Good Morning Asheia, The team at Webbs Estate Agents are really disappointed with your comments. The property market is very busy and fast moving. The property you called about had received over 40 enquiries and 22 confirmed viewings within 24 hours. The Vendor of the property would not take anymore viewings and asked us to take details of interested parties only. I would recommend that you monitor Rightmove and Zoopla more frequently and setup notification alerts for new properties listed that meet your criteria. Houses are selling in less than a few hours so waiting until the next day to register your interest is a little too late. We wish you success with your future house search.

We are disappointed to receive this review from yourselves as the situation you describe is not what actually happened. You have over the last 6 weeks requested to view 2 properties. On both occasions you were looking for particular times that the vendor could not accomodate. Viewings were then booked a little way in advance on both properties. In the meantime on both occasions more flexible viewers that had viewed earlier have put forward offers that were accepted by both Vendors and so your viewing was subsequently cancelled. I have reviewed the call logs and can see we last spoke with you on the 26.07.2021 for over 6 minutes. So your statement to say we dont repsond to your requests to view are inaccurate. The call recording is available upon request. At present the Housing Market is moving very quickly and it is indeed a Sellers Market. So my suggestion for you going forward is to be more flexible in getting a viewing quickly even though you may feel it is unsociable for you. Houses are often getting 15+ viewings within 24 hours and then also receive multiple offers within hours of coming to market. We wish you all the success for your future house hunt. Good Morning Yara, All of the team at Webbs Estate Agents are disappointed you have left this review. You have not provided the full story in this event and feel you have been unfair. Firstly we act for the Vendors best interests and they are our client. You put an offer in on a property on the 8th January 2021. This was accepted fairly quickly. you were asked to provide proof of Finances, along with Identification for yourself and the details for the solicitors you were to instruct. On the 28th January 2021 your solicitors still hadn't been instructed to act on your behalf. During this 3 week period, you had reduced your offer by some £20,000. We took instructions from our client to remarket the property. This then lead to you reinstating your original offer only after the property had received another acceptable offer on it. Even on the the 28th January 2021 when we asked you for the Fifth time to confirm with your solicitors that you had instructed them you still did not. We subsequently took instructions from our client to accept the alternative offer on the property, the buyers have proved Finances, Identification and instructed Solicitors to act within a 24 hour period. The reason we advertised the property again following your offer being accepted was because you reduced your offer to an unacceptable level. I am sorry you have lost out on your dream home, however this was down to your actions only. We hope you use this experience as a lesson to act in a more decent way next time. Webbs Estate Agents
