Good estate agents. Sometimes didn't hear much but they were good .I would recommend using them

Pleasent to talk to but shocking on communication. Put in two offer on a house that has been on the market for a very long time which have both been rejected, which is fine as I understand sellers need as much as you can so that's not the problem. The problem is the staff don't contact you to tell you it's been rejected, you have to chase them 2/3 days later. A courtesy call to let us know would have been much appreciated. Never get responses via email either. It makes me wonder if they even contacted the seller with our offer. I won't be dealing with buying a house from them moving forward. Can't comment on the selling side of things

Arranged a viewing, we arrived 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes in the rain but no one showed up. The person doing the viewing said he was there the entire time, which was a lie as there was only one gate which we were staying in front of the whole time

Me and my brother sold a property through this company, (76 Stanley Street, Walsall) back in 2022. Since the start of the saleI was lied to and spoken down to! Initially I said I was too ill to carry out the viewings and they sold me that is fine somebody will be there, the viewers we're due and I needed to carry out hour of viewings whilst ill and not able to talk properly! Secondly the women who dealt with the sale of my property was really rude and arrogant, I would 100% never use these again and do my best to spread the word! Stay away

Don’t bother applying for rental properties, they don’t contact you back to arrange viewings and don’t work on a first come first served basis. Didn’t contact me for over a week, lie about access to the property and not taking viewings yet, then arrange viewings with other applicants instead and tell me the property is no longer available. Shambles of a company.

Very poor website when it states opening hours for Sunday 10am-4pm on bloxwich office and Cannock office sites. No phones are answered so drove to both offices just in case staff were ultra busy, neither office was open. Alter your website info please !!😡 …
