Webb's have been absolutely brilliant with our house sale. From the moment we had Brandon arrive to value our house it was a great experience. They got our property on the market within 48 hours and viewings started pretty much immediately. Sam kept us well informed and is always on hand if we had any questions about the sales process and Keena helped us with negotiations. My criticisms would be that when a house we put an offer on came off the market, we weren't informed about it. We unfortunately found that out from browsing Rightmove. This was apparently due to the Cannock branch not communicating this with them. The viewings were all also kind of assumed to be done by me. I did ask them to do the viewings for me, but everyone had a sickness bug that week and it would have delayed some first time buyers from seeing my property. This wasn't a huge deal to me as I'm quite confident at showing people around anyways. They also did offer to host the viewings the following week. Our terms of negotiation weren't fully passed along clearly either. We asked them to mention fixtures and fittings as part of the price, but this wasn't mentioned. However, we settled at a deal we were happy with, the sale has been fairly quick and ultimately it's been a really pleasant experience.
