I was most impressed with the service I received. First of all, the prompt response for a valuation, with the clear and detailed explanation of costs involved, Martin is such a friendly, polite and patient guy. He listened to my questions and concerns and put my mind totally at ease. The same level of customer service I was shown by the photographer too. I wasn't expecting to have an agent dealing with me directly, so it was a very pleasant surprise when Jordan called me to introduce himself. He gave me his direct line number and called with regular updates. I was impressed with the teamwork of Goodchilds agents as Nicki filled in for Jordan when he was away. The agents handled all the viewings professionally and kept me informed by phone, text and email, For hassle-free, professional service I can't recommend Goodchilds more highly.
