You were all brilliant especially Michelle Richardson it's just a pity you were let down so badly by the solicitors you recommended who were totally incompetent and caused so much upset and stress I wish I'd never taken your recommendation to use them. All the staff I dealt with at manning stainton were so professional friendly and seemed to really care when I was so upset.
