Am waiting to recieve call

Am waiting to recieve call back on when would be appropriate to view a property with the hope to place an offer. But have waited all week for a call which have not recieved. Everytime I call there office I am promised a call back, but yes you have guessed right it never comes. Makes you think that vendors instruct these agents to sell there properties. But they cant even give a curtious call to a proceedable purchaser.
