Seen the evidence of shockingly unprofessional behaviour in the lettings department, from staff and the head of lettings/partner. Keep away from this firm.

Shocking service from the lettings team left feeling very disappointed…. All we wanted was some advice, which another more professional agent was more than happy to help us with…. We WONT be returning!!

Absolutely abysmal. Never returned calls or responded to emails and Rachel (a partner no less!) tried to get me to hand in notice to my current landlady before I had been accepted as a tenant in a new property. This was compounded by her telling me that the property had been taken off the market (which was an outright lie) when I insisted on giving my landlady one month's notice. I had dealings with their Bridport office and they were fine but I would recommend that you steer clear of the Blandford office.

The worst experience that I have ever had, they had the appraisal date incorrect by 100 years, and weren't flexible enough to come up with any other options. I am surprised in these austere times that when someone is offering you their £500,000 house to sell you are unwilling to do anything about it, after admitting it was their fault in the first place. My suggestion is to avoid and use one of the more reputable agents in the town.
