Excellent service from Mohammed and Caroline at Martin&Co Fylde Coast in turning my property round so quickly and finding a new tenant, especially bearing in mind the restrictions in place over the past couple of months.

When i needed to move home I got in touch with martin & co fylde coast. The man who helped me was called Mohammed Ahmed, and he helped me every step of the way. everything including refences, the application and even moving in to the property was done quickly. Mohammed was extremely kind and supportive through the whole application and helped me find a perfect home. He is a great professional and his kindness is perfect for customer service. I dont usually enjoy moving as it can get stressful but Mohammed made the move simple and stress free. I would recommened that if your looking for somebody to find you a home, hes the one to contact.

My oven broke down and I reported the matter to Martin & Co on Thursday morning. The communication I had with Martin & Co was amazing, and they could not do enough to help. 24 hours later and we now have a brand new built-in oven, despite the Covid lock-down and despite it being Easter Bank Holiday weekend. As a company I can not fault Martin & Co enough, I went for a commercial letting and it was all completed in lightning fast time. All the staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they worked hard with the landlord to ensure a deal was set in place that suited us both. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a swift good service.

My situation was a little dire, I'd never rented a property before and I needed one asap. After months and months of searching I happened to apply for a property from Martin & co. 2 days later the details had been sorted and here I am a week later living in my new flat! Mohammed was just so incredibly helpful in sorting everything out and I could not thank him enough for what he's done for me, such a nice man and such a brilliant company. As a landlord, I've worked with Hamza, Mohammed and the M&Co team for over 4 years. Great guys to deal with, always on hand to discuss any issues and find the best tenants. More recently they have secured tenants with almost no void periods and work really hard to secure a great deal for tenant and landlord. Would highly recommend! Mohammed works extra hard just to get the occasional box of chocolates too : )
