We are just about to collect keys for our rental property in the area. Although this may sound like a simple transaction, we have managed to get to this point whilst still living in Spain. After almost 20 years here, it's time to return to UK, and it was quite difficult to find a rental property to move to, and to go through the entire referencing process with a company that understood our case was not 'usual', and really went out of their way to assist us.
