Contacted them regarding the property next door to us which has had refurbishment done on it and is now advertising for tenants. The trades that have done the refurbishment ha e dumped all the rubbish in the garden which is a proper eyesore and filled 2 black bins with rubble and the bins have split and the bin men can't empty them because of the weight. I have rang Martin and co and had no reply . They are coming across as very unprofessional.

Every call goes to voicemail telling you they'll get back to you but never do, all messages on their website are ignored even after a couple of attempts. Literally no idea how other people have managed to contact them. Then the new property they've recently reinput in Rightmove is taken down. Very poor.

From a landlord's point of view, abysmal customer service to put it lightly. In over 20 years of using estate agents and letting agents I have never experienced anything as unprofessional, rudeness, refusal to respond to emails or messages left by telephone, belligerent, intimidating attitude when you do get to speak them. Avoid at all cost would be my advice.

Close the business primarily! Take some serious customer service courses!

Have phoned 6 times left 3 messages also contacted through messenger and still they've not phoned me back. I desperately need some repairs doing. Having been moved from Whitegates to Martin and co they've never even introduced themselves or offered any help. I am completely unimpressed and extremely disappointed.

One of the worst agents I have dealt with. The guy was rude on the viewing so i will not be renting with them. Avoid at all costs!!

Absolute continious disappointment from them! Maintanance was a complete shambles & after handing in notice to leave, contact was non exsistant! Promise after promise & lied to for weeks. 7 weeks later & still no return of deposits etc - They are clueless & customer service is a complete joke.
