Rude an obnoxious I cannot tell you how unlikable and smarmy Paul is. Even if my dream home came up I wouldn’t buy from him. Avoid and use another agency who are passionate and professional.

Phoned the out of hours number to cancel a viewing at the last minute. The out of hours service was very professional. However, we then received a call from an estate agent who would’ve been showing us around the house in question. I might add that the reason for the cancellation is to take our son to hospital after finding out he’d been unwell at the child minders. The estate agent was extremely rude to my partner and displayed a total lack of professionalism. We’d had Hunters round to value our house too. The agent showed up late, printed off pictures from last time (we bought it from them) and barely looked round before providing a valuation. He must’ve been there for a grand total of about five minutes. We found him to be very arrogant, rude and again, unprofessional.

Obnoxious is not the word.
