Hi does anyone know how i can get in touch with the Manager of Hunters Estate Agents in Highfield Road Blackpool. His name is Gareth Welsh.

My parents used this joke of an agency to sell their house. Did nothing untill they handed in their notice after receiving barely any arranged visits over 10 weeks.. 1 day before the contract ceased they amazingly found someone.. no memorandum of sales was issued and the agent led them on for 2 months. After this the agency kept attending the house and even sent around the buyer who they were waiting on weeks on weeks to try and strong arm them into a sale. Parents ended up going with another agency (who they got an offer within 4 days) and they said that they wouldn't be stung with 2 lots of agency fees when clearly there are in contract.. do not touch or you will regret. I welcome a response from them...

Such a bad service, sellers and buyers are let down. Not informing when viewing are cancelled either for sellers or buyers. Would not rely on them to sell my property.

Only accept working class no consideration for people on benefits won’t consider or even look at individual circumstances! Want crazy amount of fees for everything!

I went here at a bad time in my life as I needed to was made to feel looked down on the dark haired plump lady made me feel judged b4 I even spoke I ask if they had any flats they could recommend to me was told no as I have a dog 2 days later that same week I found a flat online that accepts dogs went to view n one of the other women who was there that day from the same office showed up to show me around I felt like saying I thought u had no flats available for me this made me feel like as I had left that day they had just thrown my application forms in the bin not nice women at all need to go on a customer service course it's not like I was dressed scruffy or anything but I wasn't wearing makeup MAYBE THAT WAS WHY as u can tell by just looking at some of then u u can tell they love there makeup lol

Use someone else.
