We are tenants through Manning Stainton and have had the fantastic help of Katie as our property manager. We were having problems with damp and mould so Katie arranged for a damp inspection which lead to damp-proofing work, re plastering, redecorating the whole room and a brand new wardrobe (of our choice!). Big thank you to Katie and our landlord for getting all of these improvements done.

Our experience with Manning Stainton (Moortown) was great, having rented with them for almost 5 years. The moving out process was seamless as well. We had different housing managers over the period, but having Teddy for the last few years was a great ending to our renting processes - always polite in his dealings with actions taken immediately when any issue is reported. We just completed on a property in Copford that was more difficult than it should have been. Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. Extremely professional lettings agency. As a landlord, one of my main priorities was having one or two contacts I could reach immediately when managing a block of flats. Hunters have a great team behind them who are very responsive and helpful at every turn. We've just managed to rid ourselves of what we can only describe as a nightmare tenant - misleading us from the start, making false call outs for tradesman, purposefully trying to turn on the communal utilities (paid by myself) 24/7 and incredibly unco-operative when trying to organise viewings for the next tenancy. When she first moved in, I turned up to do some communal maintenance, and wanted to notify the tenants just in case they wondered what I was doing - the next day I get a call from Hunters saying I had caused her mental distress - gives you an idea on who we were dealing with - absolute nightmare! Hunters have a team in place who are very patient with these sort of people, and thankfully we no longer have to deal with them.

A great service whether your buying or selling

Hunters Blackpool were fantastic when helping me to find a property to rent at short notice. Really friendly staff with a personal touch from the Directors and kept me updated at every step of the way. They answered all my questions and got issues with boiler sorted in double quick time! Highly recommend!!!!
