We cannot thank Katy and Emily at Your Move enough for everything they have done throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, they have been absolutely outstanding. We were in quite a long chain, but they consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving. They were always chasing solicitors, estate agents and everyone else involved, ensuring nothing was left sitting without follow-up. Their persistence, dedication and proactive approach made a huge difference and kept the process progressing when it could easily have stalled. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded promptly to our questions and were always supportive and reassuring during what can be a very stressful experience. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping us reach the finish line. Thanks to all of their hard work, we have finally exchanged contracts and are now looking forward to completing our move.
