Matt and his Team were excellent in supporting us. Breckon & Breckon managed the sale of our house, the team were fast and reponsive throughout the process. The photos and brochure produced were excellent and definitely contributed to a high level of interest and fast sale. The Team did well to organise viewing around our schedule, minimising disruption and also allowing us to prepare well for viewings. We also made our onward purchse with Breckon, the entire Team worked hard to understand our requirments and preferences as a buyer and ensured we were alerted to properties of interest as soon as they came to the market. This was particularly valuable as we were challange in finding a suitable property which met our requirments and allowed us to complete the chain. As with all house purchases, there were some complexities along the way. Matt and the team were very quick to support finding solutions and ensuring continued progress. Importantly they were very mindful of the stress which can arise during the process, we always felt like the Breckon Team were focused on what is best for us.
