I honestly can’t thank Trudy and Greg at Winkworth Reading enough for everything they did during the sale of my house. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but Trudy in particular went above and beyond to keep the process moving and, quite frankly, kept me sane throughout it all. She was proactive, persistent, reassuring and always kept me updated. When things became tense towards exchange and completion, she was constantly chasing solicitors, brokers and buyers to make sure everything stayed on track. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Greg was also fantastic behind the scenes and incredibly helpful whenever things needed sorting quickly. Together they made a brilliant team. What really stood out was the genuine care and humour they brought to the process — they made a very stressful experience feel manageable and human.
