We moved house in June and I cannot recommend Hilbery Chaplin highly enough. We have used different agents in the past but our experience with Hilbery Chaplin means we will only be using them in the future. They were professional, informative and very clearly had our interests at heart. We had a very stressful few days trying to exchange and Ellie at Hilbery Chaplin was brilliant, she helped us keep calm during some very tense moments and kept us updated and informed as soon as she had any piece of information, we never had to chase anyone.
