Thank you all for your continued support during the sale of our house. We received an offer within 2 weeks of our house going up for sale. Sadly the purchaser pulled out after 17 weeks. You then had another purchaser for us within 2 weeks again. Sadly the young couple then lost 2 sales on their house but we stuck with them. At last and only due to the constant support from Rebecca Sleet the Office Manager everything finally came together. We can’t thank Rebecca enough, she was tireless in her efforts to get us a completion. We would certainly recommend Hunters.

More recently I had a tenant issue and found Director Gareth Welsh to be incredibly knowledgeable around legalities and process for dealing with the issue. Very friendly team with excellent service and value for money!

Extremely professional lettings agency. As a landlord, one of my main priorities was having one or two contacts I could reach immediately when managing a block of flats. Hunters have a great team behind them who are very responsive and helpful at every turn. We've just managed to rid ourselves of what we can only describe as a nightmare tenant - misleading us from the start, making false call outs for tradesman, purposefully trying to turn on the communal utilities (paid by myself) 24/7 and incredibly unco-operative when trying to organise viewings for the next tenancy. When she first moved in, I turned up to do some communal maintenance, and wanted to notify the tenants just in case they wondered what I was doing - the next day I get a call from Hunters saying I had caused her mental distress - gives you an idea on who we were dealing with - absolute nightmare! Hunters have a team in place who are very patient with these sort of people, and thankfully we no longer have to deal with them.
