My Grandparents Who or nearly 80 the pair of them. Have not had no gas. You turn the oven on and it turns all the electric off and this has gone on since Friday and everyone is ignoring it and not sorting the problem out. But yet there was quick enough to take 6 month rents of them ASAP. And told that the property was absolutely fine and everything was in working order when there was a fire there that has not even been gassed checked and it had to be emergency capped of this morning. Wish I could give no Stars

All reports of maintenance issues with properties we manage are dealt with quickly and efficiently. in most circumstances we will require the permission of the landlord to incur costs on their behalf before we can commence any maintenance work.
