I went into the Farrel Heyworth estate agency in Clevelys. I must say I was not very impressed with their customer service. I wanted to try and ask their advice. The man on duty in the front office I felt was quite rude. He insisted on having all of my details before he would talk to me. If he had listened more he would have achieved a better result. It's a shame because on the way out I saw a house advertised in his window which I liked and could afford to pay cash for... if he was the last estate agency on earth I would not give him my business. The man needs to do some courses on how to talk to people. I felt so oppressed by this man I declined to proceed....and went to another Agency
