When i approached Farrell Heyworth to sell my home, I was very taken with the enthusiasm that i was shown. I spoke to "Vicki" and her enthusiasm for my home and knowledge about the markets that would be targetted shone through. Vicki was able to tell me the target audience and i felt that Farrel Heyworth would go all out to sell my home. Not only that, they would ease the transition from my current home to my new one. This was a concern for me but Vicki assured me that they would assist in making this happen. Over all, I am comfotable in moving the sale over to Farrell Heyworth, Initially i wanted to go with Farrell Heyworth, But was tempted buy anothe local agent with slightly lower fees and i went with the lower estate agent, but they could not demonstrate the same enthusiasm for selling my home. I felt like they were not invested in the sale as they did not like theprice we listed at. I felt that the savings that were possible for the lower fees may be lost in their lack of enthusiasm for the property price and could suggest lowering my price. Going with the lower fees may be a false economy. "Vicki" and Farrell Heyworth definately gave me an impression that my home was valued correctly and that it was in good hands.
