I am sorry to hear that you experienced such poor service. The young girl is new and training but there is still no excuse for such poor service. If she didn’t know she should have passed you onto a more experienced member of staff. If you would like to call back and ask for myself or Mohammed or Adnan we will be more than happy to help.
I would like you to call back so that I can identify the call and listen back to identify the training needs.
