Not answering calls during opening hours on mutiple ocassions when attempted. Past reviews indicate that this is a reoccurring issue that needs to be dealt with as a priority. If you do not have the resources to cover main duties such as call handling this could lead to loss of business overall.

Hi Sarfraz Thank you for your review. We have been short staffed which we are currently in the process of addressing.
