Strong NOT recommend renting!
In the beginning, Julie was a so kind and friendly act However, it will soon change when there are issues she wants to avoid despite it being her real job.
When I received the keys and the house was filthy. I haven't received the EICR. All her promises weren't kept.
It takes days/weeks to respond. ignore all work to be done.
The agency hasn't done any inventory check and after trying to charge for things that are not in your lease.
The only way to get any movement from Julie was to involve Housing standards. Once she was notified, her agressive behaviour made me decide to leave the property
If you want to see her bad attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews.
She doesn't accept that she might be in the wrong, just the same attitude you'll encounter when you try to ask her to do something.

Thank you for your review. There has been delays with work because you would not allow access to the tradesmen allowing access only at limited times. The property was in good order and the issue with the meter was with the energy company and not a maintenance issue therefore we were not able to resolve this. Although it was out of our control you reported the matter to Housing Standards when the property was an excellent property. It was given a full clean before you moved in and you did not mention anything. It is a legal requirement to provide an EICR which was given to you and you even signed to confirm this. acknowledge receipt. We treat all our tenants with complete respect and maintain our properties to a high standard. You expected everything to be done yesterday only at your convenience which was not always compatible with our tradesmen but we did our best to accomodate. A legitimate DPS claim was made which you agreed with we did NOT make any invalid claims. Your accusation is not true! Please read our reviews!
