Absolutely money grabbing lowlifes you 2 really are!! you con 90yr old to be guarantor (illegal) then set up a go fund page without his knowledge saying its to help him it's not its to pay them the rent owed (fraud) an I have reported as that you nasty pair of humans!!!!

Just watch the episode on TV of the old chap acting as a guarantor for his son. We cannot believe you took money from a pensioner, where clearly you and the landlord have the power, to write the debt off if you cannot claim from the tenant. Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! Over 90 on a state pension !!!!

Rented from these for almost two years and had to leave due to jobs not being done. One of them was damp in my daughters bedroom at the time (when it started she was around 7 months and I left when she was around 17 months). Not only was this never fixed but it caused my baby to end up with an inhaler as she couldn’t breath properly in her own bedroom. When I left the only response I got from Paul himself was “make sure you clean up properly or you will be billed for this”. The staff are lovely, just a shame I couldn’t say that about their boss.

stay away. absolutely shocking service and all the people we have dealt with from this company. housing standards came round and said by law they had to fix some things in the property and they wont and they wont even respond to us or housing standard's. I would be ashamed of myself if I treated people this way. do not buy or let or try to sell your houses with these so called letting agents

Absolutely awful company. Please do your research before going near them, though most of it is hidden. There are groups set up for people who have fallen victim of this conman Landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers

House Sellers Beware! Lettings fee ban brings cheer to tenants, but Redbrik, believe it or not, charges £175 +VAT (= £210) as a set up fee for house sellers. I recently spoke to them because I was interested in selling a house valued at £100K. They told me that for a house of that value, the fee would be £1,450 + VAT (= £1,740) BUT from the 1st July 2019 it would be £1,750 + VAT (= £ 2100). Thy even said that they thought it was a competitive and fair price! Is this some kind of a joke? I shall definitely not use these excessively expensive estate agent. Indeed, it's about time the government did something about the excessive charges that some estate agents make.

Hi Frank, I think you’re you have got this slightly mixed up. Just to be clear we do not charge house buyers. However, as a seller, you would pay us to sell your property. All estate agents have different fees and service levels, from self-service firms, where you do the vast majority of work yourself, to full-service like ours. We employ professionals to take the photos, do floor plans, photo plans, list the property on all three major portals, as well as our own website. We match your property to our database of clients, and you have your own dedicated sales manager throughout the process. Selling is not always easy and, negotiating a sale can take time, with many complex and changing situations to navigate. Even when a property becomes sold subject to contract our work does not stop, as we work with our clients to progress their sale, which normally incorporates lawyers, financial advisors, surveyors and other sales in the chain. Please take a look at the vast majority of fantastic reviews to see how we have been able to help people. Fees in estate agency can vary dramatically, with most UK firms charging between 1 and 2%. This can depend on service, location and the value or type of property.
