Wouldn't bother if you're renting! Never fix anything, never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Shoddy work force. Once you're in there's no help! Verity the manager is the worst, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Would avoid as you end up in a rust bucket house and nothing gets sorted! Shocking

Enquired about a rental property and stated at the outset I needed to check with the landlord if they would accept our pets before proceeding any further. Agent told me they will get back to me. They did not. Booked a viewing the next day and asked the person with whom this was done to double check. Never got back to me. On the day of the viewing, phoned up to check, was told our animals would be fine with the landlord. Made a journey of more than 2 hours in total to view the property in the evening. Phoned the agent the very first thing in the morning only to be told they have to check with the landlord if the pets will be accepted. Called to chase a couple of hours later to be told by the same agent an application was put through by someone else the day before, meaning the property is off the market. Shambles. Incompetent amateurs getting away with anything because they operate in saturated market.

Useless incompetent staff had to keep chasing constantly for information when I did get something. They were very vague answers. My sale was going through the crystal peaks branch they were "TERRIBLE" 👎👎👎 …

Had an appointment booked only to be told on the day it's cancelled sold to someone else not even apologised i had made special arrangements just for the appointment.

This review is from the perspective of a buyer, not a seller. Redbrik crystal peaks office employs snooty, patronising people that genuinely seem to try to put you off viewing properties with them. If you get so far as to put an offer in, they're even worse! Genuinely was trying to put in an offer over asking price in a better position than the other individual and they turned us down. This has happened twice. So just a warning to sellers to take your business elsewhere if you want to get the best price for your property.

Simply criminal what they did with the poor old man, driving around in a fancy Mercedes whilst properties are rotting, riddled with damp and some even having rats reported. Proctors and Hunters 200 yards away and much better
