Lucie Appleton was an absolutely fantastic estate agent from start to finish. We engaged Redbrik for the sale of a residential property. The transaction soon became quite fraught and difficult to progress due to issue in the chain but Lucie wasn't phased. She worked incredibly hard to advise us well and keep the transaction progressing often chasing several times a day. We wouldn't have been able to complete without her help, support, and dedication. She was very patient with our many emails and nothing was too much trouble for her. She often went above and beyond and we are truly grateful for everything that she did for us.
