Redbrik are amazing with helping us get through the property buying process as first-time buyers, while not taking advantage of naiveness. Kathryn was assisted to help me and she was extremely consistent, communicative and helpful and explained everything in great detail, putting our minds at ease and keeping the communication going from us as the buyers to the sellers of the property. Everything is handled in a professional and timely manner and we haven’t felt left in the dark since we begun the offering process. Kathryn was confident enough to communicate to the sellers to negotiate a perfect offering price in which we could all agree on. If we have to go through the process again, we would feel much comfort with going through Redbrik again!
