Very poor communication. Decided not to buy and sell current property with them bcz they were just hard to communicate and felt like they are trying to increase the price (both side ) to get better commission. Also they were not much interested in conversations either everytime we called. Unprofessional. No surprise property I was looking still on the market after 6 months in high demand area, however I was told offer is accepted when i rang few times.
